Sandy Benak

Sandy Benak brings decades of commercial real estate expertise to her role, having built an impressive career in Houston's vibrant market. Most recently Sandy has served as the Corporate Marketing Director for Granite Properties, a premier real estate investment and development firm specializing in mixed-use office development. Sandy previously established herself as a successful leasing broker for Houston's high-rise office buildings.

A respected community leader, Sandy has held numerous leadership positions including Chair of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and President of Houston's CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) chapter. Her extensive board service spans both national and local organizations, including the CCIM national executive board, NAIOP Houston, CREW Houston, Fort Bend Women's Center, U of H RE Advisory Board and the Westchase District.

Deeply committed to her faith community, Sandy actively volunteers at Parkway Fellowship in Richmond, Texas, where she leads the Empty Nester ministry. She established the annual TBS/Parkway seminar hosted at Parkway under Dr. Scott Stripling's guidance and began her own educational journey with TBS in 2022.

Sandy graduated from Baylor University and currently resides in Fulshear, Texas with her husband Dan. Together they cherish their two adult children, their spouses, and their four granddaughters.
