PRS has four key pillars

Listening

Revelation 1:3
Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.

Community

1 Timothy 4:13
Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture,

to preaching and to teaching.

Regularly

Psalm 1:2
But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day

and night.
