Answering the Call
Toward $7.5M by September 1, 2026

The Lord’s call to adventure
is a journey, and fully living it
out extends beyond our lifetime...

Over 16 years, The Bible Seminary in Katy, TX has successfully established accredited academic programs, Bible-based seminars, study tours, archaeological excavations,

and a museum––all accomplished DEBT-FREE through the help of generous higher education donors and program income.

As our student body continues to grow and thousands of guests annually visit our museum, more space will allow us to better serve our community.

Gabriel Orr, a TBS student, pastor at North Oaks Baptist Church in Spring, Texas, and Houston police officer, shares how The Bible Seminary is equipping him to serve both in his ministry and in his community.

FAQ

Why is TBS buying a campus?

TBS is growing! We have been so blessed with sufficient leased facilities over 16 years, but we’re bursting at the seams, especially since the largest room in our current location only accommodates 40–50 people. As our student body continues to grow and thousands of guests annually visit our museum, more space will allow us to better serve our community.

Why $18.25 million?

God has given us a vision to offer Christian discipleship and ministry leadership training to students and scholars as well as community members of all ages. The campaign total is targeted to help purchase and develop a campus to serve our community for the next 50 years, cover operational expenses during the initial three-year project timeline, and help launch an endowment to help fund long-term financial growth.

What happens if the goal is exceeded?

The campaign targets are strategic budgets within a limited scope, but the mission will continue for years. Every donation will be used as intended even if spent beyond the three-year timeframe.

Can I donate/pledge over multiple years?

Yes, the Call to Adventure Campaign is a multi-year initiative.

Is my gift tax deductible?

Yes, The Bible Seminary is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) institution of higher education incorporated in Texas in 2010 (Federal EIN #27-2190032). All donations are charitable and tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Can I give stock?

Yes, stocks may be transferred to TBS tax-free as provided for by law and planned gifts may be allocated as part of individual estate planning. Contact our CFO Yamile Soto: Yamile.Soto@TheBibleSeminary.edu or 713-791-8752 for assistance.
